Engr. Kleber Coelho

Kleber is an experienced CEO with a history of working in the Civil Engineering Industry, Defense and Security, Command and Control, Cyber Security, Satellite Communication, and UAV/Drones solutions. He is the as Partner/Founder of BemAgro Precision Agriculture. He previously served as the CEO of Bembras Defense and Security. He was former Business Partner of Airbus Helicopters, former Value-Added Reseller of Airbus Defence and Space and former Business Partner of Safran Aerospace.
Lt. General (Ret.) Rui Matsuda
Rui retired as a Lieutenant General  after 42 years of service to the Brazilian Army in 2022. In his last assignment, he was the Military Commander of "Planalto“, responsible for all military action in 4 states of Brazil, the area known as "Planalto“. He graduated from the Military Academy of "Agulhas Negras" in 1981. During his service, he also received Doctorate in Military Operations and Tactical Planning, and an MBA in International Management Administration and Business.
Tony (Anthony) Messika
Tony is an international entrepreneur engaged in defense, HLS and civilian activities globally.. He has extensive experience in international activities and has been instrumental in solving numerous complicated global contingencies. During his military service with the IDF, he served in elite units, accumulated precious combat experience and was involved in several complex operations. After his retirement from active military service, Tony started his international civil career in diamonds, raw materials, oil, defense, and HLS fields.

Glenn Hill

Serving as co-founder and CEO of Studebaker Group, Glenn is an energetic American entrepreneur, with extensive experience in international business, with a primary focus in public safety, defense, intelligence as well as global mission critical support. Glenn has served as a corporate executive over the past several years and helped with the rebirth of one of the world’s most iconic brands. Glenn has a strong network across the US, Africa, Europe and the Middle East, critical to providing logistical support in challenging, fast-paced environments. Glenn applies what he learned growing up in school, Harvard Business School’s Leadership Principles Program, and his practical work experience to guide his journey as CEO of Studebaker.

Thomas Marx

Tom is co-founder and COO of the reborn Studebaker Group. As a globally experienced executive, Tom has roots in executive leadership of organizations ranging from intelligence, defense, technology, telecommunications and mission critical support. He has worked extensively across joint counter-terrorism projects in support of inter-agency programs with various governments internationally. Tom graduated from the University of South Africa’s Graduate School of Business and has consulted on anti-money laundering programs and initiatives in both government and financial sectors. Alongside the Studebaker Executive Team, he is focused on the rebirth of one of the world’s most iconic brands.

Johann Marx

Johann Marx serves as Studebaker’s Chief Investment Officer and is focused on defense technologies, venture capital, aggressive global fund-raising, structured startup and incubation, and IPO’s. As Chief Investment Officer of Studebaker Group, Johann’s primary aim is to identify and invest in disruptive technologies in defense, intelligence, and automotive solutions. Johann is a board member of Studebaker Group and co-founder and board member of its subsidiaries and has been integral in reshaping the structure and strategy of the group. Johann is also founder and board member of several venture and other investment firms that include Equanimity Capital and Studebaker Capital, and has actively participated in the venture capital arena across US, Africa, South East Asia and Eastern Europe.
Maj. Gen. (Ret) Jon K. Mott
After graduating from Virginia Military Institute, a decorated service record highlighted Maj. Gen. Mott's career, including serving as Commander, Air National Guard/Air Force Reserve Test Center (AATC), and National Guard Bureau Director of A5, Plans and Requirements. Maj. Gen. Mott also served at CENTCOM as a Deputy Director J5, Strategy, Plans and Policy, and as the Director J7, Exercises and Training. Other key highlights include Security Cooperation Division Chief, US Embassy Islamabad Pakistan, and working for SECAF/CSAF on the Total Force Continuum Task Force.
